Effortlessly sync your product inventory across all variants. Follow this step-by-step guide to set up and manage your sync groups with ease.
1. Installation & Setup
Step 1: Install SyncFusion
1. Go to the Shopify App Store and search for SyncFusion.
2. Click Install and follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Grant the necessary permissions to allow inventory synchronization.
Step 2: Configure Your Store Settings
1. Ensure that all products and variants are properly listed in Shopify.
2. Verify that your inventory tracking is enabled for each product.
2. Creating a Sync Group
Step 1: Select a Main Product Variant
• The main variant will serve as the reference for the initial inventory count.
• You can choose any product as the main variant.
Step 2: Add Linked Variants
1. In the SyncFusion dashboard, navigate to the Groups section.
2. Click Create Group and select the main variant.
3. Add all related variants that should sync with the main variant.
4. Click Save, and SyncFusion will automatically start syncing inventory levels.
3. Managing Synced Groups
Viewing Sync Groups
• Go to the Groups Panel to see all existing synced groups and their members.
Editing a Sync Group
1. Open the group you want to modify.
2. Add or remove product variants as needed.
3. Click Save to update the group.
Deleting a Sync Group
• If you no longer need a sync group, click Delete, and all linked variants will stop syncing.
4. How Sync Works
SyncFusion updates your inventory in real time when:
✅ A product is sold
✅ A product is restocked
✅ A product is refunded
This ensures that all linked variants always reflect the correct stock levels.

Why isn’t my inventory syncing?
• Ensure that the product variants are correctly linked in a sync group.
• Check that inventory tracking is enabled in Shopify.
• Make sure SyncFusion has the necessary permissions in your store settings.
Can I sync across multiple marketplaces?
Yes! SyncFusion allows you to customize product listings for different marketplaces while keeping inventory levels accurate.
How do I stop syncing a specific product?
• Go to the Groups Panel, open the group, and remove the product from the list.
• If you want to stop syncing completely, delete the entire group.
